WARNING!!!

Think twice before using any of these photos without  permission. I strictly enforce my copyright and I won't tolerate any misuse,  especially by web masters ripping off photos for some trashy adult web  site.

All the images are marked with my copyright and trademark as well  as being digitally watermarked so I can track them. Even more effective are the  thousands of fans I have from way back when I used to be active in various  photography forums and who have notified me of unauthorized use on several  occasions.

Want to know what's going to happen when I catch you using my  images illegally?

First you'll get an invoice based on ASMP guidelines,  but at five times the usual rate for unauthorized use. If you fail to pay the  invoice it's handed over to a collection agency that will drag you into court if  necessary to collect. Once I have a judgement and established you've used the  images without permission then I'll file criminal charges against you for  copyright violation, and if I'm really pissed off I may encourage the models to  file civil charges against you for defamation of character, mental anguish, and  whatever else a good attorney can come up with!

Think about it. It's only  a matter of time before we catch you. Is it really worth  it?

Posting of copyrighted images to Newsgroups is a federal Crime!  On December 17, 1997 President Clinton signed the Net Anti-Piracy Act which  makes the illegal online transmission of copyrighted images punishable by a  prison sentence of up to five years! If you think you can post anonymously,  think again. It is extremely easy with a court order to summon an ISP for  personal account data and all posting records are recorded by law. Again, think  long and hard - is it worth the consequences?
